Gabbinbar Homestead in Toowoomba is one of the Darling Downs most prized wedding venues.

In this blog we are featuring one of our couples who chose this magnificent venue for their wedding day.

After having to postpone a year ago due to Covid, excitement was in full swing for this beautiful June 2021 wedding.

Whilst the weather was less than perfect, wet and cold these two miners took it all in their stride and made the best of their special day. Joined with family, friends and workmates from up north they all joined in to celebrate two lovers special day in a pristine homestead setting.

Once you have had the “Gabbinbar experience ” it excels all expectations and provides amazing photographic and videographic memories of your special day. Lots of other small businesses are to be credited for assisting in making this wonderful couples special day come to life.

This was my first wet weather wedding at the homestead and with lots of enclosed spaces it was not at all difficult to get those amazing shots. The old schoolhouse, the stables, the woods, the pavillion and of course the swing were all utilised to create this couples story in pictures to be cherished for future generations.
