The Wedding Venue

The Barn & Scotty’s Garage was an amazing venue to capture this couples wedding photography. With its very own 50’s diner set in a country rustic location this was the perfect location for Nick & Chelsea beautiful day complete with their fur baby Odie & Honey.

The Pre Planning

Nick & Chelsea wedding was fun laid back and planned to perfection. When I say less is more, these guys truly nailed the feel and layout of their special day right through to the reenactment of the back to the future 2 scenes in the actual diner! It gave me a good chance to rewatch some pretty cool movies too.

The Ceremony

Nick & Chelsea chose to have their ceremony in the diner with their closest family and friends all seated in the booths. It was such a cool setup.

The Reception

Did someone say photo opportunities? Oh my, so many opportunities both outside and inside. Scotty’s is set on a beautiful rustic country garden setting so every direction you look there are beautiful backdrops to use. Chelsea’s little ‘V Dub’ has even been in a movie on Netflix (Christmas on the Farm). Chelsea has restored this little bug and oh my it looks amazing.

Not only has this venue got a pretty cool setup they also offer the cottage for use overnight and perfect spot for bridal prep and Chelsea dress was set to impress.

A beautiful 50’s design with a beautiful cape overlay was sure to set trends, as well as turn heads.
